Yes. We understand new clients' testing needs and accept small trial orders (e.g., under USD 2,000). Unit prices may be slightly higher, but the difference can be refunded or discounted on future bulk orders.
We are a direct manufacturer. Our headquarters is in Hong Kong, and we own our factory in Dongguan, China. All core processes (woodworking, wrapping, cutting, printing, CNC machining) are done in-house to ensure quality control and on-time delivery.

Yes. We offer two options:
Existing stock samples (free of charge, customer pays shipping)
Custom-made samples based on your design (sample fee applies, refundable upon order confirmation)

Customization & Design
Yes. Size, material, color, finish, internal structure, and logo placement can all be customized. We can also provide design suggestions based on your brand identity.
Yes. Our engineering and design team can turn your concepts into production-ready drawings (3D renderings, structural drawings). A small design fee may apply.

Yes. We offer hot stamping (foil), screen printing, UV printing, embossing, debossing, pad printing, and laser engraving.
Yes. We design and produce custom inner trays using foam, velvet, suede, rubber, or molded pulp to securely hold products.
The first 1–2 minor changes are usually free. If changes require major modifications to structure, tooling, or processes, we will discuss and confirm any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Yes. Please send us a physical reference sample. Our engineering team will analyze the material and match the color, achieving 90%–95% similarity or better.
Quality & Sustainability
Yes. We are FSC certified, meaning we can source paper and wood from responsibly managed forests. We also support recycled and biodegradable materials upon request.
We are ISO9001 certified for quality management systems. Our factory follows strict multi-stage inspection processes.
We perform inspections at every stage: incoming materials, in-process production, and final packing. Random and full inspections are available for large orders.
Yes. We can supply products that comply with REACH, RoHS, and California Proposition 65 if required. Please specify your target market.
Yes. You are very welcome to arrange third-party or in-house QC for on-site inspections. We can also accommodate stage-by-stage inspections during production as requested.
Production & Technical
We have on-site: woodworking, material wrapping, precision cutting, logo printing, and CNC machining. This allows us to maintain strict quality control from concept to delivery.
Yes. Our factory in Dongguan has over 250 skilled workers and can scale production for orders of tens of thousands of units.
Yes. We provide 3D renderings and structural drawings for your approval before sampling or mass production.
Absolutely. We welcome clients to visit our factory in Dongguan, China. Please contact us in advance to arrange a tour.
A new mold is required for complex shapes or special structures. The mold fee is typically borne by the client for first-time custom orders. For long-term cooperation or larger quantities, we may share or refund the mold fee.
We strictly control color difference within an acceptable range (typically ΔE < 1.5). However, minor variation is difficult to avoid due to different raw material batches or lighting conditions. Before mass production, we will send a "sealed sample" for your approval as the acceptance standard.
Shipping & After-Sales
We support EXW (Ex-works), FOB (Shenzhen/Hong Kong), CIF, and DDP. We can also recommend freight forwarders if needed.
Yes. We can ship to a single warehouse or directly to multiple store locations. We will help coordinate logistics.
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For any quality issues caused by production, we will replace or repair the products free of charge.
We accommodate small pilot runs. Please contact us with your requirements, and we will provide the best solution (sometimes using shared tooling to lower costs).
Please take photos before signing and contact us immediately. Based on the damage, we will work with you on a solution: replace the damaged quantity (fastest option) or deduct the equivalent amount from future orders. Shipping insurance can be arranged separately if needed.
Yes. We can provide assembly services upon request (e.g., placing watches into boxes, inserting products into packaging and sealing). A small labor fee applies, but this can save your warehouse handling costs.
Yes. For certain countries and regions, we can provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, covering transportation, customs clearance, and tax payment. Please confirm the destination and applicable tariffs based on material composition before ordering.
Yes. We take our clients' designs, brand information, and trade secrets very seriously. Before you provide any design files, concepts, or product details, we can sign a mutual NDA as you require. We also have our own standard NDA template available upon request. All internal teams (engineering, production, and QC) are bound by confidentiality obligations to ensure your intellectual property and project information remain protected.
